It has all hardwood floors, NEW central a/c, off street parking on your private driveway, dry basement, walk in attic, flower beds, smoke alarms, 1 remodeled full bath upstairs, covered front porch, tree covered backyard, and best of all, it is in a quaint area of Belmont. Nice neighbors and a safe neighborhood.

I have redone both sides of the duplex. Your side has all new paint, receptacles, switches, covers, lights, tub surround, wood floors in kitchen, all floors have just been polyurethaned, basement painted, new vinyl double hung windows, central air condition, new roof, and GFI in the bathroom.

This is a nice sized (1200 square feet NOT including the basement) with a fireplace and on a quiet street.

I also have a brand new refrigerator and a newer stove that is included with your new home.

This unit will be available August 1st but you can view it now. I require a 650.00 deposit along with the $650.00 rent in order to move in. This will be the cleanest unit you will ever find. I take phenomenal care of my rentals and it shows. My rentals are gobbled up within days. People come and look, and usually, 9 out of 10 times, everyone wants them because I make them to the standards of if I was going to live in them.

I require an application (no fee) and I do run a credit check to make sure you are who you say and that you have no warrants and/or that you are not a sex offender.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Non smokers, unless you would like to increase the deposit to include a full repaint when you move out and no animals unless they are house trained and fixed and are of a non aggressive breed.

I will also have a 3 bedroom house at 1155 Highland available for 675.00. It s being totally remodeled at the moment, if you are interested in looking at it from the outside, drive by, the inside is not quite ready but will be in two weeks.

If you are into loud music and all night/and or loud parties, then this will not be for you. Mature, clean, responsible, pay your bills on time, drug free people only.

If you (or anyone staying at the unit) (except children) are under 22 years old or have had a bad history of renting, I will need an adult cosigner. This means if you destroy the property and you do not pay for it, they will have to pay for it by law.
